Crafty Cuts- A craft session centred around long term projects and designs. They may utilise lots of different mediums including the Cricut machine. This session may give an opportunity for client led fundraising projects.

Music Therapy- using music and relaxing sounds with a qualified musical therapist, join this session for an ambient end to the day. Each week, explore different therapeutic methods twinned with song to help organise thoughts and rejuvenate the brain.

Active Moves- The focus of this session will be to get clients that may not be involved in a typical active session, a space to have free movement and explore the space around them. Lots of mats will be out and clients will be out of wheelchairs on the mats. The start of the session …

Fun and Games- A session packed with lots of creative and active games for clients to engage in. They will have opportunity to collaborate with team members, encouraging peer interaction.

Yoga- A session centred around yoga and meditation. Clients will have a chance to explore a peaceful and tranquil environment and focus on relaxing and being calm.

Pamper Daze- An opportunity for clients to get pampered. Session will include, makeup, nail painting, massage, foot spas and anything and everything relaxing.

Dance Your Socks Off- A burton street classic! A chance for all of our wonderful clients to have a mini disco, dancing to their favourite songs, getting dressed up and being generally quite silly.

Campfire Stories –Music session with our man Leon O Doherty. Chilled tunes, time for clients to relax and chill with Leon.

Fill up my senses – A session exploring our five senses and what we can experience with them. This may be an opportunity to explore sensory story/massage and tacpacs.

Burton Bingo – Bingo session in Capel hall. Most numbers or images correspond to a song and we play the song and have a dance to it based on Bongos Bingo. Very loud and chaotic. Prizes for bingo winners.
