That\u2019s why we\u2019re thrilled to announce the launch of our <strong>Client Board<\/strong>, a group dedicated to ensuring that every client has the opportunity to share their ideas, opinions, and feedback to help shape how Burton Street operates.<\/p>\n<h4>What is the Client Board?<\/h4>\n<p>The Client Board has been meeting monthly to prepare for this exciting new initiative. Behind the scenes, they\u2019ve been hard at work creating tools to gather client input, including a <strong>client feedback form<\/strong> and <strong>comments boxes<\/strong> strategically placed around the site.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the Client Board is simple yet impactful: to make Burton Street an enjoyable, inclusive place for everyone. By listening to our clients\u2019 voices, the Client Board will:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Collect and review feedback from clients.<\/li>\n<li>Share this feedback with relevant teams and the Board of Trustees.<\/li>\n<li>Work on ideas and suggestions to improve our services and activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>The Launch Event<\/h4>\n<p>On <strong>Tuesday, 24th September<\/strong>, we officially launched the Client Board initiative. The team visited sessions, introducing themselves to both clients and staff, and shared information about the new feedback system. During the launch, the Client Board:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Handed out questionnaires for clients to fill in, with support from staff.<\/li>\n<li>Provided staff with \u201chandy tips\u201d for helping clients share their thoughts effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Highlighted the locations of the comments boxes, encouraging everyone to share what\u2019s working well, what could be improved, and ideas for new activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How You Can Get Involved<\/h4>\n<p>We want to hear from you! Whether it\u2019s praise, suggestions, or new ideas, your input matters. The Client Board will gather all feedback, ensuring it reaches the right people and is acted upon to create positive changes.
