Support Workers

Are you ready for the most fulfilling job of your life? As a Support Worker, you’ll help create meaningful experiences through art, music, sports, drama, writing, learning and events that bring people together. Your role is to build confidence, encourage self-expression, and inspire our wonderful clients to see that everyone has a part to play — our guiding motto. Oh, and we want you to have lots of fun too!

Volunteers

Volunteering is a fantastic way to get involved at Burton Street, with an abundance of opportunities across our services.

We aim to make volunteering a rewarding experience. You’ll be supported to use your skills and initiative, with guidance from our team throughout. All we ask is that you’re kind, empathetic and bring a positive attitude! Many of our staff began as volunteers, including our Service Managers Joe and Reece, so why not give it a try?

Trustees

Burton Street Foundation is committed to building a Board of Trustees that reflects the community, bringing a diverse range of knowledge, experience and perspectives to our work.

We welcome expressions of interest from anyone looking to join our Board of Trustees, whether you come from a legal, finance, HR, media, healthcare, or other professional background. Trustees play a key voluntary role in guiding the Foundation in line with its Constitution and objectives, supporting our leadership team and helping shape our future direction.
