Support Workers

Are you ready for the most fulfilling job of your life? As a Support Worker, you’ll help create meaningful experiences through art, music, sports, drama, writing, learning and events that bring people together. Your role is to build confidence, encourage self-expression, and inspire people to see that everyone has a part to play — our guiding motto. Oh, and we want you to have lots of fun too!

Volunteers

Volunteering is a fantastic way to get involved at Burton Street, with a wide range of opportunities across our services.

We aim to make volunteering a rewarding experience. You’ll be supported to use your skills and initiative, with guidance from our team throughout. All we ask is that you bring enthusiasm, compassion and a positive attitude! Many of our staff began as volunteers, including our Service Managers Joe and Reece, so why not give it a try?

Trustees

Burton Street Foundation is committed to building and maintaining a Board of Trustees that reflects our community, bringing a wide range of experience, perspectives and skills to our work. We believe that greater inclusivity leads to better outcomes.

We welcome expressions of interest from anyone interested in joining our voluntary Board. These roles play a key role in guiding the Foundation in line with its Constitution and objectives, acting in the best interests of the organisation and declaring any conflicts of interest.
