As a sign of continued growth, the Foundation has just welcomed 8 new talented starters into the Learning Disability department!

They come with a mix of backgrounds, fresh perspectives, ideas, and a shared focus on supporting people to get the very best out of each day.

After weeks of in-depth training and shadowing, they’ll become fully fledged Support Workers, ready to make their stamp on our creative group sessions and one-to-one work.

Big welcome and good luck to Alyissia, Ashley, Ben, Bianca, Casey, Jo, Luke and Sally. You’re off to a brilliant start already 💪
