As a Support Worker in our Adult Services team, your role is more than just support—you’ll help create meaningful experiences through art, music, sports, cooking sessions, and social events that boost confidence, communication and self-expression.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support adults in group sessions and the community
- Use creative activities to promote wellbeing and inclusion
- Help build independence, confidence, and communication
- Provide emotional, behavioural, and physical support
- Be a consistent and caring presence in someone’s life
You’ll Be Great If You Have:
- Experience supporting people with mental health or learning difficulties
- Creativity – whether that’s in art, music, drama or sport
- Emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
- The flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
Desirable but not essential: Experience in social care, creative arts qualifications, or NVQs in Health & Social Care
