As a Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in providing creative, meaningful, and social activities for adults, both in sessions and out in the community. Your responsibilities include contributing to the planning and delivery of activities, ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of our clients, and building effective relationships. We’re looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and experience working with people with learning and physical disabilities or mental health issues.
