This is a fun, lively session with different melas being prepared each week. The idea is to stretch people’s knowledge and experience of food by engaging with different cuisines from around the world. Each week will be a different meal from a different country in a different continent. Alongside trying more adventurous meals, the group will also pick up bits of knowledge about the geography and culture of the country.
On top of this, the clients are supported to engage with all aspects of preparing and cooking a meal. Where necessary we adapt the activities so that all the clients can fully contribute. At the end of sessions we all participate in the best part of any cooking. Eating with gusto!
