This group was created to explore all things cultural but has evolved over the years to become a pure cooking session. They still look at different national culinary treasures and do learn about cultures as they go but if you want to join this group, you must love your food!

Prepare yourselves to prepare your meals. The group will natter about their days, cook and clean in our teatime session helping them to develop life skills and confidence in their abilities. They really make a meal out of it.

Do you want to buy the ingredients, prepare and make your lunch with your chatty peers. High energy lunch club involving a trip to the local supermarket, preparing food skills and a social lunch with your peers.

Do you have a sweet tooth? Do you like to take something home to share with people? Do you want to be encouraged to make things for yourself? Pudding club is a friendly environment for peers to get together and learn how to make sweet treats. Sounds scrumptious.

Another cooking session but this focuses on creating simple meals that clients can recreate in their homes. The typical clients in this session does at least some cooking at home and so they help each other to find simple recipes which are then collated together in an easy read recipe book.
